A story of shared vision, passion and fire
Divot Gastro Grill was founded in 2020 by Martins and Ben, two hospitality professionals with a long shared journey. Martins, an executive chef of Latvian origin, and Ben, a charismatic and welcoming maître from Morocco, decided to take the next step in their careers and create their own restaurant – a place where every guest would feel truly welcome, satisfied and at home.
From day one, Divot was conceived as a space where quality, generosity and genuine hospitality would always go hand in hand.

Located in a unique 360-degree setting within Banús Executive Golf, Divot Gastro Grill combines a welcoming indoor area with a spacious, sun-filled terrace. The atmosphere is elegant yet relaxed, designed to adapt to every occasion – from a casual lunch to a special dinner or an evening with friends.

At the heart of Divot lies our open kitchen with a charcoal grill – the foundation of a culinary concept built around premium meats, fresh fish and international flavours. While we are renowned for our grilled meats, the menu is designed to suit every taste, featuring creative starters, globally inspired main courses and dishes that continue to evolve. All of this is complemented by a carefully selected wine list, chosen to enhance every dining experience.
We are proud to be a meeting point for both local guests and visitors, and to play an active role in the Marbella community, collaborating for years with organisations such as the Rotary Club. Our philosophy is simple and unwavering: no guest should ever leave hungry or without having truly enjoyed the experience.
